George R. Bailey founded Ohio Firearms Academy in April 2004. He is an NRA certified instructor in BASIC PISTOL (2004), PROTECTION IN THE HOME (2004), and NRA PERSONAL PROTECTION COURSE (1996). George has been involved with concealed carry since 1992, and has had 2 Florida CCW Licenses as well as a current Ohio concealed carry permit. The art of concealed carry is his specialty.

Jim Suschak is an NRA instructor in CERTIFIED PISTOL, RIFLE, and HOME FIREARM SAFETY (15 YEARS). Jim is also active as a CAMP PERRY CMP (civilian marksmanship program) Rifle instructor. Jim is the primary instructor at OFA's TACTICAL CCW LEVEL 1 course. Jim, as well as being very knowledgeable in the history of firearms, is also a master of the 1911 style semi-auto pistol.

Jeff Stanczyk serves as the Ohio Laws Instructor. Jeff is a 28-year active Cleveland Police Officer and OPOTA Law Enforcement Trainer. Jeff will cover the Ohio laws pamphlet and make himself available to answer your law questions now and in the future. Jeff's goal for his students is to equip them with the knowledge and proper attitude to make them as responsible, legal, and moral as is humanly possible.
